Conversay, a leading speech technology company located in Redmond, WA, is currently seeking to fill an opening for the position of:

Embedded Application Developer

CURRENT OPENING: Embedded Application Developer

The position requires the following background/abilities:

• 5+ years experience as a C/C++ developer
• 2+ years experience programming application GUI
• Experience on embedded platforms, such as Symbian OS, Windows Mobile and Linux

• Experience working on resource-constrained devices
• Demonstrated experience in the following areas: code excellence, productiveness, self motivation, teamwork, and enthusiasm about programming
• Knowledgeable about the entire software development lifecycle
• Good communications skills

• BS in CS/EE or equivalent

The following are preferred background/abilities, but are not required:

• Experience writing device drivers
• Experience with Bluetooth programming
• Experience as project engineer on shipped products
• Experience as a developer on software projects involving speech technologies
• Experience as a Java developer, particularly J2ME (CLDC/MIDP)
• Good technical writing skills
• Demonstrated industry experience in the following areas: leadership and customer relations
• MS in CS/EE or equivalent
